As women we get caught up in our ‘stories’, we get held back by our ‘stories, we bond with other women over our ‘stories, but it keeps us from moving forward. If we continue to look back at our lives, we are not living in the NOW nor are we planting good seeds for an amazing future.

I will share with you meditations, exercises, ritual, and have we will have some discussions about how to let go, release, forgive, especially ourselves and give it over to the Universe. Learn new ways to co-create with the Universe and start to live the life you want!
